Scott and Sean are trapped with their unsupportive mother, Trudy.  They have the opportunity to go to Georgia with their Dad to get a free college education courtesy the Georgia Hope Scholarship, but have to stay in Missouri with Trudy.  Trudy will not support their college efforts - they will have to earn their own tuition.
